Cleantel has been offering cleaning services in Sharjah from the year 1980, before many of today’s towers were built. We are a local business and our headquarters are in Al Manakh.
We provide cleaning services to all the apartment blocks, villas and offices throughout the Emirate. Our services include single visits and periodic cleaning schedules.
We receive regular requests from families for maintenance, deep cleaning, and sofa and carpet replacement services. We also offer daily office cleaning and long-term contracts for businesses.
Our service is based on a quotation at the beginning and a supervisor inspection at the end of each task; that simple process has made our clients stay loyal to us for many years.
Inform us about what you want cleaned and we’ll provide you with a suitable cleaning crew and equipment.
All of our cleaners are recruited and trained by us and use our cleaning methods. The training involves proper use of chemicals, surface cleaning and polite behaviour around the client’s place.
Supervisors accompany the crews and make sure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned. Professional equipment, from high-suction vacuum cleaners to scrubbers and steam machines.
Our maid services are available only in Sharjah for those who need flexible domestic help. You determine the number of hours and cleaners, and we will be there on your selected day. Standard Cleaning Plan includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, and organizing. The Premium Cleaning Plan is best for households that want more effort in their cleaning sessions.
The Cleantel Elite Cleaning Program ensures that you have a set schedule for cleaning your home or workplace. Choose between weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning sessions without having to make separate arrangements. Each cleaning session is performed following an agreed checklist, making sure that the cleaning standards remain consistent month after month. This works great for households, medical clinics, offices and showrooms which need reliable maintenance.
Sand, hair, and dust get trapped in the carpet fibers. The process of cleaning carpets in Sharjah employs deep shampooing and extraction techniques to remove these elements from the carpet fibers. We provide our cleaning services for rugs and carpets at homes as well as for office and commercial areas where there is a carpet floor.

Cleantel was founded by Mr. P.M. Mashood in the year 1980 in Sharjah with a small team and a huge promise that each of his clients will receive genuine services at fair rates. Along with the expansion of the emirate, his company also expanded, one satisfied property at a time. 45+ years since then, and those principles continue to govern everything we do.
The company name, Cleantel, is derived from the phrase “Clean Telephone”, which marked the beginning of the company.
From one specialized activity to home, office, schools, and full facility management services – our name reminds us of our origins.
Over the years, countless numbers of individuals and organizations have relied on us for their facilities.
Our clients range from schools to retail stores and corporate offices in Sharjah.
Experience dating back to forty years is combined with up-to-date technologies in cleaning. Our teams use UV sterilization, steam cleaners, industrial vacuums, and carpet extraction systems.
The cost varies depending on the type of service, property size, cleanliness level of the place, and the number of cleaners required. Hourly maid services begin from AED [X] per hour. [Add starting rate]
Specialist services like deep cleaning, upholstery, or carpet care are charged differently. Tell us your requirements and we will offer you a flat fee prior to commencement of work.
This cost calculation depends on the number of hours, the number of cleaners, and the plan that you select. While the Standard plan includes general maintenance, the Premium one includes additional details.
You can compare the two plans on our hourly maid service page.
