Operations Manager
- Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff. This includes establishing schedules, assigning duties, and monitoring performance to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures to streamline cleaning processes. This includes defining cleaning protocols, setting service levels, and establishing quality control measures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and negotiate favourable pricing.
- Interact with clients to understand their cleaning requirements, address any concerns, and provide excellent customer service. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning operations, including labour costs, equipment maintenance, and supplies. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations. Establish and maintain relationships to secure favourable pricing, timely deliveries, and reliable services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Experience – 5+years
