Admin Sales Assistant
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and online research.
- Present our cleaning services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition. Customize proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and market demands. Use this knowledge to position our cleaning services effectively and differentiate ourselves from competitors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline. Generate regular reports on sales performance, revenue projections, and market trends.
- Continuously update your knowledge of our cleaning services, including new offerings, features, and benefits, to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the cleaning services industry or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and team members.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
